SO HOW DOES IT WORK?
1) Claim your spot >> once you've placed an order, you've reserved your spot & I'll message/email you a shipping address so you can send in your items (you are responsible for the shipping costs).
2) Send me the goodies >> You ship me the jersey/fabric/fan/flags and let me get to work! The timeline above starts when I receive your items so the faster you send in items, the faster you'll get your vest. A typical timeline is around 4-6 weeks once I get your materials, but could be shorter or longer depending on current orders.
3) I get to work! >> I post plenty of progress pics on our social media (Instagram @leiniesdesigns) so you can follow along.

FAQs:
WHAT ITEM(S) SHOULD I SEND IN? >> Jerseys/shirts that are +2 sizes larger (if mens size/cut) and +4 sizes larger (if womens size/cut). If it's smaller than that, you'll need to send multiple items or additional fabric to work with. Whatever goes untouched can be sent back (shipping charges may apply). If you're sending in a flag, please understand that large logos will get cut off so I can use it, but it'll be more of an abstract design than if you were to send in a shirt.
WHAT SHOULD I SEND FOR THE INSIDE LINER? >> Most people pick a team-themed fabric from Amazon and ship straight to me. I'll need 1 yard for vest sizes Small-Large and 2 yards for anything larger. It can be regular cotton but you're welcome to go with something more sparkly, fleece, or flannel. It's truly up to you. **MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE A NOTE WITH YOUR SHIPMENT THAT HAS YOUR NAME ON IT SO I KNOW WHICH PROJECT IT BELONGS TO**
WHAT SIZE VEST SHOULD I ORDER? >>Please make sure you look at the sizing chart (a picture in this listing). I always recommend sizing up as the pattern seems to run a touch small. Ultimately, it's up to you and all sales are final.
HOW DOES THE DESIGN GET DECIDED? DO I GET A SAY? >> I'm more than happy to listen to your input, but I retain all creative freedom (and I promise it'll look GREAT).
